Officially Stefny

I’m having a very deep conversation with my cousin.

I barely talk to anyone in my family but she’s the only one who shares the same values as me – parents included.

We started talking and we’ve discovered so much about each other’s childhoods and how screwed up our parents are and why and what it’s done to us as children and grandchildren.

It’s very cathartic.

I’m really only writing this down so I remember to talk to my therapist about it.

She wasn’t able to graduate high school because of her parents and she has 2 kids but she’s gotten her GED and she’s working for barely above minimum wage, but she’s trying to go to school for psychology.

I’m so proud of her.
